                                Issue of Equity





The Directors of DermaSalve Sciences plc ("DermaSalve" or the "Company")
announce that they have issued and allotted 565,095 ordinary shares of 1p each
(the "New Shares") to Trafalgar Capital Specialized Investment Fund FIS ("
Trafalgar"), pursuant to the receipt of a notice of conversion for an amount of
£20,000 received on 11 January 2008.  The issue price is 3.54p in accordance
with the terms of the convertible loan agreement with Trafalgar announced on 5
October 2007.



Application will be made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM,
which is expected to take place on 17 January 2008.  Following the issue of the
New Shares, there are 101,764,558 ordinary shares in issue.
