Densitron Technologies plc, a world leading designer and manufacturer of
information display systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon
Alexander Robin Wharmby, 59, a nominee of Albany Capital Plc,  as Non-Executive
Director as of the 11 December 2007.


Simon holds 350,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
