"Either you are misinformed or have other motives. Do some research. Then post here why you, as an investor, think Densitron are a major anything. Cheers :-)"

Looks like you're the one-company DSN man.
Pray tell me what is wrong with pointing out that "Immersion Corp (U.S.), AAC Technologies Holdings, Inc. (China), Densitron Technologies Plc (U.K.), Haption SA (France), Johnson Electric Group (China), Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. (U.S.), Tactus Technology Inc. (U.S.), Precision Microdrives Ltd (U.K.), Texas Instruments, Incorporated (U.S.), and 3D systems Corp (U.S.)are some of the major companies in the haptics technology market".
Are you a one-company-focused shorter? Or what do you think my motives are?
That looks like pretty good company that DSN is keeping.
I beg your pardon if I wasn't aware that DSN gets excellent market research coverage when I bought the shares, my interest piqued at why £20m revenue hardly ever ends up with any profit on the bottom line but, all the same, a tech company trading at almost below NAV when I bought and with a piece of land that was potentially worth more than the company's operations. What other research can be done about DSN's display technology? It's not as if the touch-screen stuff takes centre-stage on their website. Cheers:-)

Hearty

Most AGMs are held at the house broker or advisors offices although I get your point. I guess you would need to ascertain what would be obtained by looking around their offices? It would be good if they set up a specific investor day where they could showcase their products etc but that wont happen after the AGM although I suggest we raise it at the AGM.

Bought into DSN as a bit of a speculative punt and now find it figuring as a "major" company in a report about haptic technology!

Valhamos, it may be with the Newcastle lease settled and positive January update that investors think now is a time to take a position in the company.

Although I agree the rise does not reflect the number of shares traded not unless the MM’s have some information which is not in the public domain and rerating the share price before an announcement.

There is also the BH land which could be worth more than today’s market cap if they do get planning.

IMO & DYOR

Clock - agreed but investors need to be forwards looking and assessing the situation based on the clearance of this overhanging cost (once PG is also paid off). I cannot say I have a high conviction with my holding as I am yet to meet the management and only have a moderate holding (from a low base) - lets see what the results bring anyway.

It is of no concern what the sum of £400k is used for or for what use it maybe put too in the future, the concern is that were other funds(possible profits used)in addition to this sum? Because if it is as you suggest, the £400k maybe just the sum to conclude the liability with the Landlord, and they may have spent other funds preparing for its next use prior to completion of the deal. Until detailed information is provided everyone is just guessing, unless of course you have inside knowledge, that other investors should be provided with.
Private loan notes should always be treated with caution imo. Could they not raise that sum from other sources at a lower rate of interest? If anything, I think it shows how careful any investor needs to be now.

LCD - the only logic is that the directors need to make profits now and again to ensure they can continue to draw taking £300k you say from the business plus I expect perks while the rest of the staff strive to work hard to make sure they still have jobs. As for the investors who cares as no small amount of stakeholders have the power to replace them with directors that only get rewarded on positive results.

8p is conservative in my opinion, Westhouse forecast start of dividends in 2015.

I don't think many investors have seen the Westhouse write up.

Westhouse recommend BUY

Densitron Technologies*
Buy from No Rec

Time to focus on trading again
________________________________________
In FY2013, the negative impact on trading of customers delaying the adoption of new products and Densitron's cessation of dividend payments made it difficult for us to build an investment case. However, given management's upbeat tone on orders at the recent AGM we reinstate forecasts, from which we derive an 8p target price (8.0x FY2015 P/E). Now that there should only be upside potential from the two non-core property assets, investors can focus on Densitron's core business. We resume coverage with a Buy rating.

Bizarre statement. So much for investor relations.
