17/6/2009 11:43 | Kenny, agreed...... | grollfam
17/6/2009 11:28 | As minority shareholders we should try to stay in touch via this bulletin board? | kenny
16/6/2009 21:10 | Now we wait for some sort of announcement about a matched bargain system. I have certainly not sold mine as I believe that there will be a significant dividend stream, and a second offer to buy the minority shares at a more realistic price. Perhaps the remaining holders that view this thread should form a syndicate to write a letter a week to the independent directors asking if there is anything "significant" they would like to tell us. We might define "significant" as anything that should be in a RNS. | flying pig
16/6/2009 20:30 | One large trade...Tilts..i note that they cease to b tradeable on AIM on June 17th..thats from the start of day ..not the end? Just wondered. | badtime
15/6/2009 15:44 | Last day tomorrow to trade DGRE. A buyer still appears keen to mop up stock. Will be interesting tomorrow to see if any desperate sellers come out to play. | tiltonboy
13/6/2009 10:13 | ooooo .lol...u do make me chuckle | badtime
13/6/2009 09:44 | Really bad time! What input have you given to this thread? hmm....large trade, hey ho, u still holding tilts? say no more................ | scorpione
12/6/2009 21:51 | Tad predictable response | badtime
12/6/2009 19:35 | Very nice for DBI who are capable of finding a way of re-investing in their own company or others within their group structure and bleed DGRE dry. | scorpione
12/6/2009 12:40 | DGRE is firmly on course to earn 12p per annum in net rents, excluding property revaluations. Despite this, shareholders are dumping their shares before the delisting for less than four times annual net income. NAV at 31.03.09 was 184p so sellers are also acheiving an 80% discount!! As DGRE trades on a matched bargain basis, there are clearly others who are picking these up very cheap. | kenny
11/6/2009 19:58 | 146k sold in one lump...hmmm | badtime
10/6/2009 09:35 | lovely drop..lol..thy do muck around with tht bid/offer | badtime
09/6/2009 20:21 | Cheers tilts | badtime
09/6/2009 20:17 | badtime, Yes, still in. Don't particularly want to hold unlisted paper, but won't sell them at this price. tiltonboy | tiltonboy
09/6/2009 19:32 | Tilts u still holding? I'm still interested to here ther plans for ''possible tender offer''....and what about tht large stake held..surely thy will need to come up with something..o well we shall c..jus hold a small stake | badtime
09/6/2009 16:13 | BRDH are also delisting. If you think DGRE look cheap, have a look at these. You could always put a bid up on the SETS board for some stock. I picked some up at 35p recently, then put them on the other side a couple of days later at 41.5p and sold them. | tiltonboy
09/6/2009 16:07 | Delisting voted through today, no surprise. I would like to buy some more shares but there are not many available - if you do not fancy holding shares in a unquoted company, you have until close of play on 16 June to sell. | kenny
09/6/2009 09:26 | marked down again :( | badtime
05/6/2009 10:31 | Those sells seemed to hav been soaked up..44\40 | badtime
04/6/2009 13:25 | Knny...any chnace of amending the thread to allow for company info rns's showing up..if u understand wot i mean | badtime
04/6/2009 13:23 | I wud have thought tht peeps r selling as thy dont want to b shareholders in a prvte cpy | badtime
03/6/2009 23:21 | Small shareholders are following the trend and selling while the funds are keen to buy these shares dirt cheap at 21% of NAV and on a potential yield of 27.5%. I am really surprised how little research people do before investing, therefore I suppose, it is logical that they panic and sell because they really do not understand why they invested in the first place, or what they have invested in. Only logical conclusion is they should not have invested in the first place because they are not investing but throwing darts at a board hoping to get lucky. However, the cannon fodder is needed and encouraged by the commission brokers, market makers, who see every wave coming and mark up or down in advance. The stock market is a rough place and the sheep will continue to be shorn. | kenny
03/6/2009 20:53 | Intersting to c the spread narrow..plemty of buys am...with those sells being soaked up late aftrn....its intriguing | badtime
