Following the General Meeting of the Company, which was held on 28 October 2009, 
the Board is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions put to shareholders 
were passed. 
 
 
The Special Resolutions that were passed are as detailed below:

Pursuant to the mechanism for the winding up and reconstruction of the company 
(referred to as 'the scheme' above) approved as advised in this announcement, 
the listing and dealings in the Company's reclassified shares will be suspended 
from 7:30am on 3 November.
