DEEP-SEA LEISURE PLC

The Board of Deep Sea Leisure plc has decided to appoint a Managing Director.
Recruitment specialists have been engaged and it is anticipated that an
announcement will be made within the next month or two.

Mrs Brenda Johnston, Operations Director, has resigned in order to pursue
other interests.  The Board wishes to thank Mrs Johnston for her valuable
contribution to the running of the company, particularly during the
difficulties experienced last year.

In view of the decision to appoint a Managing Director, the post of Operations
Director will disappear.  In due course, it is intended that a Finance
Director will be appointed.  Meanwhile, present arrangements will continue.
