DEEP-SEA LEISURE PLC ("DEEP-SEA LEISURE" OR THE "COMPANY")

Further to yesterday's announcement that Net-Ein SA ("Net-Ein") is in
discussions with certain minority shareholders about the possibility of
increasing its holding in the Company by acquiring their shareholdings, Deep-Sea
Leisure confirms that it is today posting a copy of this announcement to its
shareholders.

The covering letter enclosed with the announcement states that if an offer is
made it is likely to be solely in cash.  The disclosure requirements of Rule
2.10 of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers do not therefore apply to
Net-Ein.
