DEEP-SEA LEISURE PLC ("DEEP-SEA LEISURE" OR THE "COMPANY")



CHANGE IN DIRECTORSHIP AND IN ACCOUNTING REFERENCE DATE



Deep-Sea Leisure is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Thomas
Golding as Chairman with effect from 7 August 2002.  Mr Golding was previously a
non-executive director of the Company.



This appointment follows the resignation of Alastair James Ritchie on 2 August
2002, as previously announced by the Company.



Following final closing of the cash offer for Deep-Sea Leisure on behalf of
Net-Ein SA, the Company also announces that its accounting reference date has
been changed from 28 February to 31 October in order to coincide with the
reporting period of Aspro Ocio SA, the principal trading company in Net-Ein's
group.  The next interim report will be prepared, as normal, for the six months
ended 31 August 2002, followed by statutory audited financial statements for the
eight months ending 31 October 2002.
