                Appoints Stuart Earley as New Managing Director

Deep Sea Leisure plc has appointed Stuart Earley as Managing Director with
immediate effect. Earley comes to Deep Sea Leisure after almost ten years as
Chief Executive at Whipsnade Wild Animal Park, one of the biggest leisure
attractions in the UK.

Alastair Ritchie, Executive Chairman of Deep Sea Leisure, says:

"Stuart's proven track record in the leisure industry makes him a welcome
addition to the company and we are delighted to have him on board. His
considerable experience makes him ideally placed to build on the resurgence
we've seen in the company's fortunes since the summer."
