    Deep Sea Leisure plc ("the Company")

    Director Resignation

    Deep Sea Leisure plc announces that Michael Denny, non-executive director of the Company, has resigned from the Board with immediate
effect.

    Mr Denny's resignation follows approval by the Company's shareholders at an EGM held on 2 May 2008 to cancel trading in Deep Sea Leisure
plc's ordinary shares on AIM with effect from 13 May 2008.

    The directors of Deep Sea Leisure plc sincerely thank Mr Denny for his excellent work and valuable contribution to the Board, especially
in representing the interests of minority shareholders and wish him well for the future.
