                      Deltron Electronics plc ("the Company")

                      Result of Extraordinary General Meeting


At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, which took place earlier
today, the resolutions put to shareholders in order to effect the Placing and
Open Offer, announced on 28 October 2003, were duly passed.

Through the Placing and Open Offer, Deltron added a number of new institutional
investors to its existing shareholder profile.  In addition, Deltron's existing
significant institutional shareholder Unicorn Asset Management Limited and a
leading value added distributor, Acal plc, both maintained their percentage
holdings in the Company at 28.41 per cent. and 7.34 per cent. respectively.

Directors of the Company, Derek O'Neil, executive, and David Weir,
non-executive, have both increased their stakes to 70,000 (0.17%) and 49,110
(0.12%) ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") respectively.

The Placing and Open Offer remain conditional upon admission of the new Ordinary
Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities ("Admission"). It is
expected that Admission and dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will occur by
8.00 a.m. tomorrow, 26 November 2003.
