                                Property Review



Deltron Electronics plc ('Deltron' or 'the Company'), is pleased to announce
that following a restructuring program during the last twelve months which led
to a review of the Company's property portfolio, its operations in Birmingham
and London have been closed and have been consolidated into Scunthorpe.



In addition, the Company has also completed a lease and leaseback on its
remaining UK distribution property. On 16 April, 2003, the Company completed
contracts with Rylestone Limited ('the Leaseholder') for the lease and leaseback
of its freehold warehouse and office premises at Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire.  A
999-year lease was granted on the premises with an option for the Leaseholder to
acquire the freehold on the 25th anniversary of the lease for an amount of #1.
The consideration for this lease was #1,800,000 paid 1st April 2003. The book
value of the building was #1,572,000.



The net proceeds from these transactions will be used to reduce the net
indebtedness of the Company.
