In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, The Debt Advisor has received the following notification of
current interests in the voting rights in the Company's share capital:

Unicorn Asset Management Limited has disclosed an indirect interest in
5,000,200 ordinary shares, representing 5.8% of the ordinary shares in issue,
and 5,000,200 voting rights in the Company.

2,500,100 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 2.9% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company) in which Unicorn Asset Management
Limited is indirectly interested are held by Unicorn AIM VCT plc and the other
2,500,100 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 2.9% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company) in which Unicorn Asset Management
Limited is indirectly interested are held by Unicorn AIM VCT II plc.
