                              Pre-Close Statement


Deal Group Media plc (AIM: DGM), a leading independent online marketing group,
today announces a trading update prior to entering its close period.

The Directors can confirm that financial results for the year ended 31 December
2006 are broadly in line with market expectations and the Company will announce
its Preliminary Results on 11 April 2007.  An analyst briefing given by John
Porter (Chairman) and Adrian Moss (Chief executive), will be held at 9.30 a.m.
at Abchurch Communications Ltd, 5th Floor, 100 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU.

DGM continues to develop its growth strategy and subsequent budgets for 2007 and
remains confident that its strategy for both the UK and international markets
will meet the increasing requirement for 'multi channel' online marketing.  The
Company looks forward to updating the market of this progress at the time of the
Preliminary Results announcement.
