ADDITIONAL LISTING
The Company announces that Mr. Phil Harman, Chief Technology Officer, has
exercised options over 182,250 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company
("Shares") at 10p per Share. The share options were granted to Mr. Harman in
settlement for outstanding bonuses for the period to 31 December 2001, prior to
the Company's admission to the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange ("AIM"). Following these transactions, Mr Harman is interested in
342,250 Shares, representing approximately 0.97% of the Company's enlarged
issued share capital.
Application has been made for 182,250 new Shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM. These Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary
shares and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 31 October 2003.
