Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

DCG IRIS Limited (the "Company") has today published a supplementary prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority which is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Prospectus published by the Company on 12 November 2012 and the supplementary prospectuses published on 13 December 2012 and 30 January 2013 in relation to the Placing Programme.
