Notice of Results

On 15 December 2010, Dawson International PLC (the "Company") announced that, following the change of its accounting reference date from 31 December to 31 March, the Company expected to release audited accounts for the 15 months ending 31 March 2011 by 31 July 2011. Since then, the Company has announced the sale of Dawson Home Group Limited and continues to be engaged in discussions aimed at resolving the pension deficit. As a result, the release of the audited results has been delayed and the Company now expects to announce its audited results for the 15 months ending 31 March 2011 on 9 August 2011 and to issue its annual report and accounts by 31 August 2011.
