Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited (the "Company") announces that on 15 April 2008 it
purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 0.70 per share.



The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.



Following the above purchase, the Company holds 10,226,824 of its ordinary
