Cancellation of Listing and Admission to Trading on the London Stock Exchange 
 
The Board of Dana notes that Korea National Oil Corporation ("KNOC") stated on 
page 13 of the offer document posted by it to shareholders of the Company on 25 
August 2010 (the "Offer Document") that a notice period of not less than 20 
business days would be given prior to the cancellation of the Company's listing, 
once KNOC had acquired or agreed to acquire ordinary issued share capital of 
Dana carrying 75 per cent. or more of the voting rights of the Company. 
 
The Board of Dana further notes that KNOC has informed the Company that valid 
acceptances of the Share Offer have been received in respect of ordinary issued 
share capital carrying more than 75 per cent. of the voting rights of Dana. As a 
result, an application has been made by Dana to the FSA for the cancellation of 
Dana's listing on the Official List of the FSA and to the London Stock Exchange 
for the cancellation of the admission to trading of Dana ordinary shares on the 
London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities. It is anticipated that 
cancellation of listing and admission to trading of such shares will take effect 
from 28 October 2010, being 20 business days following the date of this 
announcement. 
 
Terms used in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the 
Offer Document dated 25 August 2010, unless otherwise defined herein or the 
context requires otherwise.
