Cancellation of admission to trading on SFM 
 
Da Vinci CIS Private Sector Growth Fund Limited (the `Fund') hereby announces 
that, with effect from today, 10 February 2009, the trading of the shares of 
the Fund on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange will be 
cancelled. 
 
The cancellation of trading was approved by shareholders at a general meeting 
of the Fund held on 9 January 2009. The Fund is committed to continuing its 
existing level of corporate governance and transparency
