         CYBIT AWARDED #1.2M CONTRACT FOR PRECISE POSITIONING EQUIPMENT

Cybit Holdings Plc ("Cybit"), the UK's leading online Telematics Service 
Provider (TSP), today announces that it has been awarded a major contract for 
its satellite positioning equipment with one of the world's leading offshore 
construction services Groups. Deliveries against the contract will be completed 
by September 2008.

The deal, valued at #1.2m, is a further extension to the Cybit Positioning
Solutions Ltd supply contract with the Group and calls for the delivery of a
further 350 units of positioning equipment. This will support the Group's
rapidly growing global satellite GPS service. The supply contract has been
running successfully for several years and Cybit has provided development
assistance for the positioning service infrastructure.

Cybit has nearly 20 years experience in the provision of GPS systems, and
several decades experience in precise positioning, predominantly in offshore oil
and gas operations.
