        CYBIT ANNOUNCES RESELLER PARTNERSHIP WITH SIGNATURE INDUSTRIES


Cybit Holdings PLC ("Cybit") is pleased to announce it has signed an agreement
with Signature Industries Limited ("Signature"), one of the country's largest
and most successful mobile communications resellers. The contract is expected to
be worth at least #500,000 in additional annual revenues to Cybit.

Under the agreement, Signature's dedicated sales team will market and sell
Cybit's technology and products, with a minimum target of 440 unit sales in the
first year. Signature will be specifically marketing Cybit's online-based
solutions, including Fleetstar-Online and Satellite Navigation and Traffic
Information Solutions and will be targeting the public sector in particular.

This reseller deal further strengthens Cybit's penetration into the telematics
market, both from a product and regional perspective, with Signature's sales
team significantly expanding Cybit's coverage within the Scottish market.

Signature is one of the UK's leading resellers of Radio and Data Communication
Systems, providing Turn-Key solutions to Local Authorities, Emergency Services
and Police Forces throughout the country.
