                                 EGM Statement

At today's Extraordinary General Meeting of Cybit Holdings Plc all resolutions
were duly passed.

At the meeting, Chairman Neil Johnson said: "I would like to bring you up to
date with the latest developments. In this context, I am happy to be able to
report that there have been no substantial changes to our trading or outlook
comment in the Chairman's Statement issued on 2nd December 2004, with the
interim results."
