The Company has, on 24 September 2003 granted the following options over

Options granted under the EMI Scheme are exercisable in 3 tranches. Each tranche

2004, 24 September 2005 and 24 September 2006 respectively and up to 23
September 2013 inclusive. All options granted under the Unapproved Scheme are
exercisable from the date of grant up to 23 September 2013 inclusive.
