                            Directors' shareholdings


On 13 September 2007 the board of Cybit approved the grant of, in aggregate
156,954 options at an exercise price of 55.75p (being the middle market closing
price as at 13 September 2007) pursuant to the Enterprise Management Incentive
Scheme ("EMI Scheme") and Unapproved Share Option Scheme 2002 ("Unapproved
Scheme").

Options under both schemes were granted to the following directors:
