                       Cybit Holdings plc (the "Company")


                               Additional Listing


The Company announces that application has been made for the admission to AIM of
292,721 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the " New Ordinary
Shares") pursuant to the exercise of the warrants at an exercise price of 38.33
pence per warrant issued in connection with the Company's acquisition of
Bluefinger Ltd. as announced by the Company on 14 June 2006.


The New Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued
ordinary shares and dealings are expected to commence on 23 July 2007.


Following admission of the Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 22,252,377
ordinary shares in issue.
