Dividend Declaration

At the Annual General Meeting held earlier today shareholders resolved to pay a final dividend of GBP0.0125 per ordinary Sterling Share and EUR0.0125 per ordinary Euro Share, being the first dividend for the current financial year ending 31 December 2022.

The dividend will be payable on 17 June 2022 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 27 May 2022 (the record date) and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 26 May 2022.
