Total Voting Rights

Further to the Ordinary shares issued today pursuant to the Company's scrip dividend alternative and pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited ("the Company"), notifies the market of the following:

As at 10am on 16 March 2018, the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) consisted of:

124,658,625 ordinary Euro shares of no par value

300,472,589 ordinary Sterling shares of no par value

Each ordinary Euro share carries the right to 1 vote and each ordinary Sterling share carries the right to 1.17 votes.

The total number of voting rights of the ordinary Euro shares of no par value is 124,658,625 and of the ordinary Sterling shares of no par value is 351,552,929. The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 476,211,554.

The Company holds the following ordinary shares in treasury:

48,331,335 ordinary Euro shares of no par value (non-voting)

21,774,700 ordinary Sterling shares of no par value (non-voting)

The above figure (476,211,554) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
