    NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

    Culver Holdings plc ('Culver' or 'the Group') has issued a circular detailing the proposed disposal of Culver Insurance Brokers as
announced on 16 June and giving notice of a General Meeting to be held on 28 July 2008 at which a resolution seeking shareholder agreement
for the disposal will be considered.

    Due to the size of the disposal relative to the Group and in accordance with the Listing Rules, the disposal is conditional on the
approval of Shareholders, which is to be sought at the General Meeting, notice of which is set out in the circular.

    Copies of the circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated, during normal business hours on any weekday (public holidays excepted), at:
