04/2/2010 22:16 | In April 09 this stock doubled in a day or so, [I was not around this stock then], but points to others seeing value then. Company put out an RNS that time so may see one in a day or, so with an update. | tara7
04/2/2010 22:13 | from sep 09 chairmans statement.. "Following the disposals in 2008, the Group has focused on reducing overheads to a level appropriate for the size of the Group. CSS remains debt free, and as we reported in 2008, the focus of the Group is now on building on the strong foundations of the Sports businesses within the Group. The economic climate remains challenging, but despite this the Board is actively considering a number of opportunities within the sports sector to enhance shareholder value. The Board hopes to be in a position to update shareholders in the near future. Julian Jakobi Chairman 30 September 2009" | kennyruss
04/2/2010 22:09 | MAxk, know very little about motor racing, thats a fact, but have a very good idea when a share is miss priced. This is far to cheap in my view, all the cash should be in by now, and prior to any of that they were debt free. | tara7
04/2/2010 22:05 | tara, you make me smile :-) Your knowledge of motor racing is a great asset. However, can you do a bloke a favour and find something interesting to say about DAV? something simple will do, like, going to double before lunchtime etc etc... | maxk

04/2/2010 21:51 | CSS also put by £200,000 at the half year to cover the costs of cost cutting. | tara7
04/2/2010 21:45 | gcom2, thanks for your post, i do however think you should not invest here, best to keep your £1,000 under the bed. Do not put in your local high st bank [cos its to risky.] | tara7
04/2/2010 21:40 | Best to do research into any share first, here we have tiny CSS that in my view is doing fine, but has been unloved for far to long. Read the accounts, read the statements of a deal that should be done soon, read what the sportsmen have won. Note also the boss is putting shares in his Sipp. | tara7

Liabilities of approx 700k, but trade receivables of £2.2m - sale of old business results due soon... lots of potential... if the trade receivables come in, net cash of £1.5m.... all on mkt cap of approx £1m,.. | kennyruss
04/2/2010 20:45 | I remember a few years ago,a comapny called "premier management" supposedly were managing all the big name footballers, suspended for good then wound up | gcom2
04/2/2010 20:41 | tara7 - what made the share to jump 1.38p today ? i saw no news, or is it just you doing your rounds ?... it's ok to talk about...(olympics in 2012, Golf, Racing ect ect)... sports in general, but how will CSS benefit from it, AND how many sportman/woman do they have on their books ? i ask as i don't know and have no time to do a proper research for now, although i heard about this co' in the past. Maybe you are right about the future of the company, but, to my eyes as g2 said, it's a pump and dump at the moment. ! | k38 |
