    Crucial Plan plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointments of Ytzchak Sopher (also known as Isaac Sopher) and Rafael
Scolari, both as non-executive directors of the Company with effect from 13 May 2008.  

    Ytzchak Sopher, aged 58, has a track record as a successful fund manager with experience across the UK, USA, Europe and the Middle East.
 After graduating from the London School of Economics, Mr Sopher became a securities analyst and stock broker.  Following a period as a
property investor, Mr Sopher joined Fidelity Investments in New York as a fund manager, growing funds under his management to US$6 billion
between 1992 and 2002.  Since returning to the UK in 2003, Mr Sopher has been an independent investor in the securities and property
markets.  Mr Sopher is currently a director of the following companies:

    Berkeley Property Management Limited
    ZK Investments Limited
    ZK Investments, Inc.

    Within the last five years he has not been a director of any other company, or a partner in any partnership.

    Mr Sopher does not have any beneficial interests in any of the share capital of the Company.

    Rafael Scolari, aged 51, has had a successful career in fund management with Allstate Life Insurance Co, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter,
Sterling Asset Management and James Alpha Management where he is currently managing director, managing two hedge funds with over $260m of
funds under management.  In addition, Mr Scolari has a strong track record in corporate finance and investment banking, particularly in the
resources sector. Mr Scolari is not, nor has he been within the last five years, a director of any other company, or a partner in any
partnership.

    Mr Scolari does not have any beneficial interests in any of the share capital of the Company.

    Mike Neville, Chief Executive, commented, "I am delighted with the appointments of Mr Sopher and Mr Scolari who add a great deal of
talent and experience to the board.  They are both high calibre individuals and I look forward to working with them both to create value for
our shareholders going forward."

    There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.

    The Company further announces the resignation of Lord Sandberg from the board of directors of the Company with immediate effect.

    Mike Neville (chief executive)
    Ytzchak Sopher (non-executive director)
    Rafael Scolari (non-executive director)
