Resignation of Director

The Board of Croma announces that in light of ongoing discussions regarding the sale of the Group's avionics division, RDDS Avionics Limited ("RDDS"), James Sullivan, Executive Director of Croma and Managing Director of RDDS has resigned from the Board with immediate effect. Mr Sullivan will continue in his role as Managing Director of RDDS.

A further announcement in relation to the sale of RDDS will be made in due course.
