("CRHL" or "the Company") Directorate Changes

Creat Resources Holdings Limited ("CRHL") (AIM: CRHL) announces that Dr. Yuewen Zheng and Mr. Xiaojian Ren have resigned from their roles as Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director respectively. The Company is pleased to announce the appointments of Mr. Derek An Loy Leung and Ms. Mei ("May") Chen as Executive Chairman and Executive Director respectively and as representatives of Creat Group Company Limited, with immediate effect.

Mr. Leung (age 48) is currently acting in the dual capacity of Compliance Officer and Responsible Officer at Creat Capital Company Limited having previously overseen the development and management of its fund management and advisory business.

As a regulated person of the Securities & Futures Commission of Hong Kong, Mr. Leung has held a number of positions within the financial services sector having previously served as a director at Shenyin Wanguo Securities (HK) Limited and Cinda International Securities Limited.

Ms. Chen (age 49) has extensive audit and risk management experience and is currently Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Chief Risk Management Officer at Creat Group Company Limited and an Alternate Director of Galaxy Resources Limited. Ms. Chen shall maintain her current role as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
