           Notice of Execution of the Second Supplemental Trust Deed

                                relating to the
    #45,000,000 10 per cent. Secured Guaranteed Notes due 2011 (the "Notes")
                             (ISIN:  XS0189881518)


Corporate Services Group announces that it has entered into a supplemental trust
deed (the "Second Supplemental Trust Deed") dated 30 April 2008 between
Corporate Services Group, the US Guarantors, the UK Guarantors, the Trustee, the
Security Trustee and Impellam Group plc which, amongst other things, makes
certain modifications to the Terms and Conditions of the Notes and the Trust
Deed constituting the Notes dated 29 April 2004 (as previously modified) and
made between, amongst others, Corporate Services Group, the Trustee and the
Security Trustee.

An explanation of the terms of the Second Supplemental Trust Deed was set out in
the circular to Noteholders dated 14 March 2008 (the "Noteholder Circular").

A copy of the Second Supplemental Trust Deed has been submitted to the UK
Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK
Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
