Fitbug Holdings Plc (AIM: FITB), the AIM quoted digital wellness provider for corporate organisations, would like to share some insights and findings from a recent case study, following a pilot wellness programme with MTR Crossrail. The pilot was rolled out in collaboration with Olympic gold medallist Sally Gunnell, OBE, (the partnership which was announced in December 2016) to a select group of about 100 MTR Crossrail employees over a period of three months.

Of the group participating, 60% were headquarters staff, 20% were train drivers and 20% were station staff. The rate of uptake and engagement was high, with 94% of the eligible employees joining the programme.

As with its typical service offering, Fitbug gathered aggregate data about employee progress and compiled after-action reports. The report for the MTR Crossrail programme revealed some interesting findings when it came to their employee wellness and engagement:

· Over the course of the programme, participants walked 72% more than the average person in the UK

· Activity levels gradually increased from week one to week four

· Some individuals improved their step activity by 177% over the course of the programme

· 60% of employees who participated in the post-programme survey thought that the programme had a positive impact on office morale

MTR Crossrail has shown a real commitment to the wellbeing of its employees by setting some valuable benchmarks during this pilot wellness programme.

George Samenuk invests in Device Authority Limited

Tern Plc (AIM:TERN), the investment company specialising in the Internet
of Things, is pleased to provide an update on Device Authority Ltd
("Device Authority"), one of its investee companies.

George Samenuk, former Chairman and CEO of McAfee, who joined Device
Authority's board as a Non-Executive Director in January 2017, has
subscribed GBP50,000 for 134,042 Class A Preference Shares at the same
price as the shares were issued at in October 2016. All Class A
Preference shareholders waived their pre-emption rights. Following this
transaction Tern's percentage of the issued share capital of Device
Authority is 56.8% (previously 56.9%).

Al Sisto, chairman of Device Authority, said "We welcome George's
investment as a sign of his commitment to Device Authority and
confidence in the success of the business.

Looks like FRR finding support here, 0.25 it was.
Might go on a run for a while, who knows.
Most seem to consider it to be cheap considering it's asset.

AMED could about to recover nicely with a couple more buys.

Last couple of days you could sell large amounts, but MM's wouldn't allow to buy half as much as you could sell.

Awaiting rig delivery news and their 49% holding in MGR Resources will bring in excellent returns after AMED's last two tie-in's(loan & copper mine stake- taking advantage of improving copper & iron ore prices)

The Company continues to maintain its US based uranium assets on care and maintenance. The issues surrounding the 20-year withdrawal of federal lands in northern Arizona in July 2009 continue to impact these assets. The lawsuit of the National Mining Association and American Exploration and Mining Association which challenges the legality of the withdrawal continues to progress through the 9(th) Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, California. Fortunately, outgoing President Obama declined to convert the withdrawn area to a National Monument as was recommended by his administration and incoming President Trump has expressed support for nuclear energy.
