if Tern had announced a direct contract with Vodafone it would have shot up. But we are firmly in 'land grab/grow by stealth' mode so we're still stuck below 10p. The important thing, though, is that PTC's only security partner is DA and PTC are growing and growing..... At some point in the future the veil will be taken off the DA cash till ...
