Appointment of Chief Executive

The directors of Tern plc ("Tern" or "the Company"), the specialist in

appointment of Al Sisto as Chief Executive of Tern, with immediate
effect. Al will take direct responsibility for the day to day
operations of the trading entities in which Tern is invested and Angus

Limited, Tern's major asset and a global leader in policy and device

No placing in my view having very recently met one of the directors plus broker. Not only have PROX just had a placing but they have decent banking facilities plus news that is not yet in the public domain.

Best to remain long very long PROX

some press coverage:

STOCK WATCH - FEEDBACK

Shares in medical imaging tool company Feedback more than doubled yesterday on a confident trading update.

One of its products is TexRAD, which allows users to look at textures in medical images.

Feedback is making progress on a way to integrate the device with scanners in UK hospitals.

It has been demonstrating a prototype to potential users and said orders had increased significantly.

Feedback said full-year results in October should show turnover significantly up on last year. Shares rose 156 per cent, or 1.3p, to 2.18p.
