Mrs broker target £2 which is not unreasonable on fundamentals sentiment needs to catch up but it's being noticed so it's when not if IMO my kind of risk reward

As much as I am thankful for the tip on HMI you were also very bullish on MRS at the time which I also bought.

PremSo using the following from the RNS and the interview today:-Strike length - 3500mStrike width av - 20mStrike depth - 200mAv grade - 1.25%Met recovery - 85%Cu m to mt's -2.0We should get to 300,000 mt's of high grade lithurin in the solid. At today's price of say $20,000/mtthat's a $6bn potential value in known resource. That's massive without finding more as the RNS confirms!Assuming 50/50 split on debt/equity to finance the necessary Capex of say $250m and a 25 year LOM. Then say there was even 3bn shares in issue we're looking at an EPS of 4.40p (based on nett profit assuming it's around 55% after tax and deductibles). If you then say a P/E ratio of 10 is reasonable you get a share price of 44p!! That's more or less 100 times greater than today's share price in what could be around Three to four years time when we're in commercial production.If all of that's right assuming we go it alone financed in part by the sale of Circum and other income streams no wonder George is getting excited and wants to move quickly. Seriously would you buy it ?? insolvency specialists have been assigned to mining services group SubZero.The Muswellbrook-based company employs about 450 people and has been struggling since at least September 2014, when Fairfax Media reported it was restructuring operations after a loss of nearly $13 million in the 2013-14 financial year.Like many companies in the coal sector, SubZero blames its difficulties on the downturn in the mining sector.The company was founded in Muswellbrook in 1999 by Scott Farrell, who stood down from the company in late 2014, to be replaced by Mr Clayton.In a statement on Friday, SubZero said that despite the partial success of turnaround plans its main financier had decided to put the group into voluntary aministration, with Ernst & Young appointed as voluntary administrators and Ferrier Hodgson appointed as receiver-managers.It said Ernst & Young announced it had been appointed to administer the parent company, SubZero Group Limited, and 10 other subsidiaries.The company's chief executive, Joe Clayton, said the company had recorded nine consecutive months of positive earnings before income tax, depreciation and amortisation – which he described as an "improved performance".He said the company's financiers had agreed in January to waive $1.6 million in interest accrued since July 1, 2015, and had provided $1.5 million extra working capital.Ferrier Hodgson partner Ryan Eagle said Ferrier's intended to trade the business as usual as it sought a financial resolution."We are immediately calling for expressions of interest for a recapitalisation or purchase of the business as a going concern," Mr Eagle said."We will be working with SubZero's customer base to ensure the uninterrupted continuation of services."Mr Eagle said customers and supplier should continue dealing with the company's Muswellbrook offices.SubZero's 2014-15 accounts show the company lost $29.5 million after tax in the year to June 30, 2015, more than double the $12.9 million loss the previous year.Revenue totalled $56.8 million, down from $63.8 million.
