Posting of circular and notice of class meeting

Conygar ZDP PLC (the "Company") announces that a circular (the "Circular") relating to the proposed new arrangements in relation to the Company and notice of class meeting (the "Meeting") of the Company to consider and, if thought fit, to approve the special resolution was posted to ZDP shareholders of the Company yesterday.

The Meeting will be held at 9.30a.m. on 23 March 2017 at the offices of The Conygar Investment Company PLC, Fourth Floor, 110 Wigmore Street, London W1U 3RW.
