Sale of the Assets of B Fresh Limited

Consolidated Vending is pleased to announce that it has today signed an asset
sale agreement for the sale of the assets of B Fresh Limited ("B Fresh") with
Underlease Limited ("Underlease") for a total consideration of £96,761.60 (the
"Asset Sale Agreement"). Underlease have agreed to purchase the vending
machines, stock and goodwill of B Fresh payable in a series of instalments up to
31 July 2008. The use of the vending machines and trading name, together with
ownership of the stock, will pass to Underlease immediately, but ownership of
the vending machines and goodwill will only pass from the Company to Underlease
once the final instalment of the agreed payment schedule is received.
The decision to sell these assets has been made after concluding that they
offered limited growth opportunities and no longer fitted with the core focus of
the group.
