  Snap Digital Imaging Ltd, a subsidiary of Consolidated Vending, renews Photo
           Booth Operating Agreement with Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc

Snap  Digital Imaging Ltd (Snap), a subsidiary of Consolidated Vending Plc  (CV)
has   renewed  its  operating  agreement  with  Wm  Morrison  Supermarkets   Plc
(Morrisons) for its photo booth machines.


Andrew Coll, CEO, Consolidated Vending plc said:

"We  are  delighted to be extending our successful relationship with  Morrisons.
Over  the last 4 years we have worked diligently to optimise the performance  of
our photo booths and the renewal of this contract is validation for our efforts.
