    Further to the announcement released on 25 April 2008 in relation to a Convertible Loan Agreement, Conival Plc (AIM:CVL), the specialist
branded food and beverage company, today announces that Corvus Capital Inc ("Corvus") has agreed to assign the benefit of a 55,065,238
Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each, representing 13 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company, to a non-connected third party.
These shares have since been placed with other parties and there is no further disclosable interest required in relation to these shares. 

    These shares have been allotted and issued at par. Application for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM has been made and is
expected to occur on 4 July 2008. Following this issue there will be 423,585,238 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each in issue. 

    The Company was informed yesterday, that Marco Pierre White has disposed of his entire holding of 23,000,000 Ordinary Shares and no
longer has a disclosable interest  in the Company. Earlier this year Corvus Capital Inc informed the Company that it no longer held a
disclosable interest in the Company. Accordingly following allotment and issue, the interests of the Directors and the  members of Concert
Party in the Ordinary Shares of the Company will be as follows:
