19/8/2012 11:50 | ok thank you | euclid5
19/8/2012 11:47 | if they reverse sovereign gold they'll not need much cash, they have instore arrangements with 100 outlets so avoiding substantial property costs, they only use cash on the b/s to buy the coins so any cash would be used to grow the business. I can see CXM main holder taking shares to remove debt and probably stay under 30% holding in larger entity... gla | still waiting
19/8/2012 11:41 | ok thanks zac 1 - but how do we not no the new 20% holedr will not raise funds in CXN & dilute us to have working capital - I think we are very low on capital at present so before we get rampers saying expect 500% uplift what about share dilution 1st or share suspension | euclid5
18/8/2012 02:50 | euclid5 17 Aug'12 - 22:53 - 214 of 215 will the co they reverse into have a current market value of circa £7m? 100 branches currently in the UK with more in the pipeline. Based on assets alone they will be owrth at least 5 million and that is being very very conservative | zac_mo
17/8/2012 22:58 | He added "we will be adding new partners over summer and will provide a further update in early September." Investors in Sovereign Gold have a unique and pure exposure to gold. Sovereign Gold's balance sheet is made up only of gold coins or shareholder cash that is waiting to be used to acquire coins. Sovereign Gold does not trade or buy and sell coins in order to create a profit on the difference between the low cost at which it acquires sovereigns. It buys sovereigns that then become a part of the company's long-term balance sheet. At certain points of the company's fiscal accounting period, Sovereign Gold may choose to auction those parts of its inventory that are made up of coins that possess a value far in excess of their gold content. This happens in cases where coins are in exceptional condition, or are "proof" issues, or have been minted in years and with mint-marks that are rare and therefore collectible | still waiting

17/8/2012 22:09 | Love your optimism........shou | monkey puzzle
17/8/2012 20:14 | LUFC Agree that the company was priced to go bust, stanhill taking 20% removes that risk totally becuase you don't buy into a company and then let it go under. Next week will be v.interesting as the news spreads. Once it is RNS'd we will see a massive scramble for positions in this new company. with only 30 million shares in free float a 10k investment bags you a million shares so if II see an opportunity here they will be in early. Imagine trying to scrable to buy shares that MMs simply do not have. That is when we will get 500/600% rise followedby sustained rises until this settles at a more reasonable level. Sovereign Gold currently have 100 retail stores in the UK....What would a realsitic figure be if they were to float on AIM?? There assets alone i.e. gold, buildings etc will be worth more than the current 230,000 market cap. The gold itself will be worth a couple of million surely!!!! Then we have th esmall matter of new director appointments to come and name change. All in all an exciting time ahead for all holders. A little patience will go a long way. Our day will come when every man and his dog will want some of these shares. We will then look back at this price of 0.4 and wish we had bought more... Here is to the 600% rise that is coming our way soon. Keep the faith, be patient and let the fun begin. Looking forward to next week :-) PERSONLA PRICE TARGET: 7P or 5 million market cap | zac_mo
17/8/2012 17:17 | LUFC Agreed, anyone buying at this price ( all time lows) then they will see a HUGE return in the not so distant future... If you are risk averse than a 1k investment could potentially land you 10k or you could loose 1k,,,,, risk V reward strategy would be screaming at you to BUY | zac_mo
17/8/2012 16:08 | what's max online buy now.. | still waiting
17/8/2012 16:06 | MMs gone into "lockdown" mode. Real defensive now. | lufc5
17/8/2012 16:02 | I doubt I'll find anything that stacks up any better than Sovereign Gold, as that one looks to tick so many boxes on so many levels. Not many square pegs in round holes with that one hey? | lufc5
17/8/2012 15:55 | LUFC Would appreciate anything you find, MMs do not want to give away cheap stock | zac_mo
17/8/2012 15:46 | I'd ignore that, so called email. Seen those far too often on numerous threads. Spending a few hours this weekend to see if I can dig owt else up. GLA. | lufc5 |
