Greg collier has said he will produce a timeline by end Jan for smarttech rto into ccap. Present theory is feb for completion but March is likely. All going to plan as of last week says Greg and Ronan (smarttech)

There is the potential for a near-term valuation uplift here as in August last year Smarttech247 announced it would seek a listing by way of a reverse takeover of AIM listed Conduity Capital, at a valuation, “…significantly higher than the valuation at which RGO invested at earlier in the year”. The deal is currently ongoing.

progressing well it seems - good to know for the other (same investments) fronts - my Q is only - which way is optimal - there must be only one best way regarding the same end goal. which vehicle is best atm?

Nobody knows. But as directors are also involved in other businesses which are also big on promises and slow in actually doing anything, I wouldn't be holding my breath. Thinking of Pires and Low6 IPO in particular. Supposed to be Q1 2021. No sign of that either. They have had a year now since the AGM Oct 2020. All they have achieved is a delisting IMHO.

Hi HH. It only corresponds if you believe Boxer is SPJ. He talks like an angry teenager, not someone who has £450K to put into a cash shell - as part of his portfolio. IMO fantasist is closer. More concerning is the news that CCAP can no longer be in an ISA as it is delisted. Luckily nobody can trade it anyway right now whilst we all sit and wait on ever-delayed good news.

So just been notified that as it's delisted it no longer qualifies to be held in an ISA. I don't hold enough for it to make a huge difference to me but if it goes through it might throw a few out

Yes, there are fantasists out there, but Boxerdogz's claim of a 12% holding here does correspond to CCAP's website, who would check the holding:
