                      ComputerLand UK PLC ("the Company")

                              Exercise of options

ComputerLand UK PLC announces that on 21 April 2008, 10,621 options over
ordinary shares were exercised.  9,401 were exercised at a price of 207.5 pence
per ordinary share and 1,220 at an exercise price of 150.7 pence per ordinary
share.  The holders of the 10,621 ordinary shares have accepted the offer from
Capita Group Plc (as detailed in the Offer Document dated 11 March 2008) in
respect of these shares.

Accordingly, application has been made for the 10,621 new ordinary shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on
Wednesday 30 April 2008.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company.  Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the
Company will increase to 10,418,828 ordinary shares.
