                              Exercise of options

ComputerLand UK PLC announces that on 31 March 2008, 313,000 options over
ordinary shares were exercised at exercise prices between 70 pence and 235 pence
per ordinary share.  The holders of the 313,000 ordinary shares have accepted
the offer from Capita Group Plc (as detailed in the Offer Document dated 11
March 2008) in respect of these shares.

186,000 new ordinary shares were issued and allotted pursuant to the exercise of
share options and 127,000 ordinary shares were satisfied by the transfer of
ordinary shares held by The ComputerLand Employees Share Trust.

The 186,000 new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares of the Company, and trading is expected to commence on Tuesday 8 April
2008.

As a result of these transactions The ComputerLand Employees Share Trust will
have an interest in 34,067 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.33 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital and the Company will have 10,401,484
ordinary shares in issue with each ordinary share holding one voting right.
