Amsterdam, The Netherlands - 30 September 2015 - The Issuer announces today that the base prospectus dated 30 September 2015 in respect of the update of the EUR3,000,000,000 Euro Medium-Term Note Programme by Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. as Issuer and guaranteed by the Guarantors (the "Base Prospectus"), originally established on 3 June 2013, has been approved by the UK Listing Authority.
