of biopharmaceuticals, announces that a copy of the EGM circular, containing
full details of the proposed placing is now available on its website
www.cobrabio.com under Investor Relations/AIM Rule 26 and can also be inspected
at the UK Listing Authority's document viewing facility situated at the
Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14

An EGM will be held on 30 May 2008 at 11am at Seymour Pierce Limited, 20 Old
Bailey, London EC4M 7EN to obtain shareholder approval for the proposed fund
raising, announced on 7 May, 2008.
