    Directors' Share Transfer

    Cobra received notification today that David Thatcher, non executive director of the
Company transferred 190,500 ordinary shares in the Company to his personal SSIP. 


    As a result of the transfers there is no change in David Thatcher's total shareholding in the Company
which is currently 196,500 ordinary shares, representing 0.44% of the issued share capital of the
Company, nor the beneficial ownership.
