Coastal Energy Company, (TSX:CEN, AIM:CEO) ("Coastal" or the "Company") provides an update regarding its existing block listing arrangements for the period from 2 September 2012 to 1 March 2013.

Under the Block Listing a total of 9,215,942 were originally admitted to AIM on 2 March 2012 and at the time of the most recent update, on 2 September 2012, the Company had 7,668,400 common shares of US$0.04 ("Common Shares") remaining to be issued. During the period to 1 March 2013 the Company issued shares under the Block Listing as follows:
